At CloudERP by WebsApp Solutions Pvt Ltd, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy for all our subscription plans (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise). Once a payment is finalized and your enterprise shard is provisioned or upgraded, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
2. Free Trial Evaluation
To ensure our platform meets your specific business logic and operational requirements, we provide a 15-day Free Trial for all new registrations. This trial period allows prospective merchants to explore all multi-tenant modules, including POS, GST Billing, and Inventory Management, without any financial commitment.
We strongly encourage all users to utilize this trial period to its fullest extent to confirm that CloudERP is the right solution for their trade before making a final purchase.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a subscription plan on the CloudERP platform, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the software during the free trial period and that you agree to this No Refund Policy.
