1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CloudERP by WebsApp Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CloudERP provides business management software including POS, GST billing, inventory management, and CRM modules. We offer a 15-day free trial for prospective business users to evaluate the platform's features.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
4. 15-Day Free Trial
Free trials are provided for evaluation purposes only. WebsApp Solutions reserves the right to terminate trial accounts at any time. Upon expiration of the trial, access to data may be restricted unless a paid subscription is initiated.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WebsApp Solutions Pvt Ltd. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WebsApp Solutions Pvt Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam.
